Reviews and Interviews
Doomed 4 Metal Review (Harbingers of Chaos): “Harbingers of Chaos is a Fantastic album that is as interesting and complicated as it is unnerving and despotic. It Certainly has an unique sound and approach to doom metal…Definitely a highlight as 2024 moves into the next half.”
GBHBL Review (Harbingers of Chaos): “Doom, yes, but not exclusively doom. Mortal Blood’s Harbingers of Chaos is given a fresh twist via the medium of gothic, death, and black metal. A fresh twist that creates a more elaborately atmospheric sound, even as a raw and savage edge permeates every aspect of it…”
Doom Heart Review (Harbingers of Chaos): “…This one man band is bringing some of the most haunting gothic doom metal you heard…Here you have one musical mastermind doing it all and knocking it out of the park!…”
GBHBL Review (Fate’s Overture): “Mortal Blood’s sound can be summed up as big, doomy, black and death infused metal. A sound that lands on the mind with all the force of a granite block dropped from a skyscraper. A sound that seeps into the soul and freezes the blood in the veins. It’s miserable darkness, but addictive miserable darkness…”
Doom Heart Review (Fate’s Overture): “Enjoy this veritable musical jewel…”
Sïstēr Märy Båphømêt review (Fate’s Overure) – “Dark, broodingly atmospheric and wholly nihilistic….”
RiffofMetal Review (Unholy Feast): “Dense atmosphere, lead by clean voice and flashes of Gothic Metal.”
